Now What?

So you decided to order a board, now what?

First step, get the pictures! Whether you take your own, hire a professional or SBGFX, submitting your photos is one of the most important steps.

• What kind of pictures are acceptable?

High quality images by a professional work best. Cell phone pictures will work if they are taken at a higher quality. Be sure to choose a clutter free background. Picking the right background for your image is key. Your build will be removed from their background and used accordingly for your show board.

• What kind of background is best?

You can use any clutter free background. The sky makes a great, natural backdrop. A plain, one colored wall would also work. Avoid backgrounds with high visibility of buildings, graffiti, colors that are similar to your build, i.e. red cars should avoid red backgrounds

• HELP! I don't know what pictures to take.

When taking images of your build, there are a few key things to keep in mind. First and most importantly, do not clip parts of your vehicle. Be sure the entire vehicle is visible in your image. We can crop images; we cannot add the content back in if it was not included.

Include multiple angles. Angles to include:

1. Front

2. Right & Left Sides

3. Rear

4. Right & Left Angles - Front

5. Right & Left Angles - Back

6. Details - Closeups of wheels, custom badges

7. Interior

8. Engine Bay

9. Trunk - Open

10. Doors Open/Up - Front

11. Doors Open/Up - Side

There are so many options. Include as many as possible for a variety of options to make your board the best that it can be.

• I don't want to use cell phone pictures. What should I do?

Hire a professional. Professionals can be found at local events such as Coffee & Cars, car shows, and Facebook communities.

• I have the pictures. What's next?

The design process is started. Most designs can be produced, ordered and delivered in 7-10 business days. Turnaround is guaranteed with consistent client communication. Each board goes through a rigorous approval process. Once all edits are finalized and ordered, there are no changes. Proofing each board is the most crucial step. You don't want to invest in a board of this quality without it being absolute perfect from spelling errors to listing every mod.
