Metals undergo a series of coating procedures prior to printing. Occasionally there may be minor variations and imperfections on the surface of the metal that we cannot control. While we make every effort to reduce their visibility, we cannot consent to remakes or issue credits solely for these imperfections.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All products require client approval. Once finalized, absolutely no changes, refunds, or returns can be made. Arrangements can be made for a discounted replacement if submitted within 24 hours of original approval. Discount is subject to manufacturer pricing.
